We prefer email contact – it's the best way to communicate information about your order to our graphic designers and allows us to quickly find what we need at a given stage of order/inquiry processing. You can, of course, call us and start a conversation, but please be aware that only email arrangements are binding on us.

Preferably in a table file, it will make our work much easier.
We always request files with logos in curves. If you don't have these files, please provide them in the highest resolution possible. Unfortunately, sending us a file with a resolution of 25x25px, or what's known as an "icons," will definitely prevent us from printing them on your apparel.
Yes, of course, but a larger quantity is not two pieces 😛
Yes, we fulfill orders from one piece, so we can create a prototype for you this way.
It's best to measure a similar item you have in your wardrobe and compare it with the size chart presented on our website for the product in question.
Yes, but if you're a school or other institution whose regulations or law prohibit advance payments before order fulfillment, please contact us. We'll check for any suspicious activity and ask for certain documents to confirm your identity and ability to place the order. If everything checks out, and the order fulfillment and delayed payment are satisfactory, we'll likely agree to waive the advance payment.
The order processing time is 10 working days (September – October – 15 days) from the moment of:
– acceptance of the design,
– payment of 100% advance payment to our account (there are exceptions, see the answer to question no. 11)
– sending us the order list (sizes, prints, numbers, names, etc.)
It's worth noting that the indicated timeframe begins only after the design is approved. Before that, we need a few days to discuss the design with you and create the final visualization for you. If you have an idea for cool uniforms and a complex design with a lot of prints, please give us a little more time to create what you want and contact us well in advance. If you don't have an idea and are in a hurry, use our ready-made designs available on the website of the specific sport in our offer. Please provide us with any information regarding color changes and print placement. Visualizations of even a simple design will likely take 2-3 business days from the moment you email us with your inquiry.
We ship our products via courier, to a parcel locker, or to a collection point. Occasionally, our customers can pick up their new outfits in person, after making an appointment with us. Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the delivery method, but typically around 20 PLN for shipping within Poland. Shipping is free for in-store orders over 400 PLN. In-store orders are those placed through the online store, not via email. :P
Yes, all our sportswear is made of materials that are breathable and are intended for use by athletes.
Depending on the product and customer needs, we use two methods: sublimation and DTF.
